About This Show

Opening Reception: November 18th, 6:00 - 9:00 PM with Artist Lecture at 7:30 PM

Thresholds features works by Scott Ross and William Ruller. Both Ross's ceramic sculptures and Ruller's paintings evoke contemplation of memory and human experience, though abstraction. The works also share architectural imagery, and explore the connections between place and self. Scott Ross's exhibition history includes a number of workshops and large-scale public works, and he is currently a professor of sculpture at Kentucky State University. William Ruller is a nationally exhibiting artist with works in private and corporate collections, and he teaches drawing and painting at The College of Charleston (SC).
